About
About Pascalor
Pascalor is a compound house built around one idea: a rubber or PTFE compound should come with the evidence that it is what it says it is, every time.
Evidence, not adjectives
Every claim on a datasheet, a quote or this website points to a method, a condition and a result. Where we do not have the data, we say so.
Consistency is the product
A compound that is right once is a sample. A compound that is the same in every lot, in every region, is a supply. We measure and publish the difference.
Open knowledge, private recipes
The guides, standards index and tools are open. Recipes, raw-material sources, costs and customer information are private and stay that way.
How we work
Formulation-led, data-first.
- We design and specify compounds, and keep the recipe, the limits and the data.
- Every compound is made to a written process, with mixing parameters recorded lot by lot.
- Qualification tests are planned against your specification, and the reports are read line by line.
- The Passport links each lot to its results, so customers can compare lots and regions on one scale.
What we are not
- We are not a polymer manufacturer.
- We are not a certification body or an accredited laboratory.
- We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any polymer manufacturer named on this site.
The name
Why Pascalor.
Pascal is the unit of pressure. Calor is heat. Together they say what the rubber has to survive: pressure combined with extreme heat (HPHT) or extreme cold (HPLT), in deep wells, hot process lines, subsea and arctic service.
The mark is a P built from rounded parallelograms, leaning forward like a pressure bar rising. Grade names start with the polymer and then state the duty in plain words, such as RGD for rapid gas decompression or LT for low temperature, so FKM, HNBR and FEPM compounds are never confused and no name needs decoding.
