What we do, and what comes with every lot.

A compound house with the evidence built in: compounds, formulation, reverse engineering, test planning, and the Passport and Tracker that make every lot and every requirement visible.

1

Compounds

FKM, HNBR, FEPM, EPDM and other elastomer compounds, each named by polymer and duty (for example RGD for rapid gas decompression, LT for low temperature, SOUR for sour service), supplied by the kilogram as sheet, strip or pellets as agreed. Filled PTFE compounds (glass, carbon, graphite, bronze, MoS2) are supplied as compound powder, or as stock shapes on request.

  • Standard grades with published limits and a datasheet.
  • Starting points you can tailor with the requirement builder.
  • Every lot ships with a certificate of analysis and a Passport record.

Custom formulation

Tell us the properties and the service conditions. We propose candidate compounds, make lab samples, send test data, and then move to batch supply.

  • Five stages, each visible to you on the Track page.
  • Targets written as limits and methods, not adjectives.
  • Raw materials qualified and recorded lot by lot, with the data behind each choice.

Decode: reverse engineering

We analyse a rubber part you own or are entitled to analyse, estimate what it is made of, profile its properties and, if you wish, develop a compound that meets the same targets.

  • Identification, profile or full match, quoted per project.
  • A written scope and rights statement before any work starts.
  • You get a profile to match, not a copied recipe.

Passport

Every lot has a record: test results against limits, cure data, mixing site and raw-material lots. Enter the lot ID on the website to see it.

  • Results shown against release limits, with a plain verdict.
  • A consistency chart of recent lots, so drift is visible before a lot fails.
  • Private costs, recipes and customer names never appear in it.

Tracker

Every requirement gets an ID. Follow it from first request through candidates, lab samples and test data to batch supply.

  • Five clear stages and a stated next step.
  • No login. The ID is the key.

Test planning and report review

We help you choose the test route for your service conditions, write the test request, and read the report that comes back. Tests are carried out by independent laboratories.

  • Plain-language briefings on RGD, sour ageing, drinking-water and food-contact approvals.
  • A report checklist: conditions, edition, acceptance level, every digit of the result.
  • We do not certify products and we are not an accredited laboratory.

Regional supply

One recipe, one data standard, mixed near the customer. For customers who need the same compound in more than one region, raw materials are bought in the region and mixed there to the same procedure.

  • The recipe and the release limits stay fixed.
  • Each lot records its mixing site and raw-material lots, so lots from different regions compare on one scale.
  • Sites are added as demand justifies them.

Selector

A guided tool that proposes candidate compounds from your requirement, using the formulation and property data we accumulate. It starts as rules and grows with the data.

  • Every suggestion shows the data it rests on.
  • You can always see why a compound was proposed or rejected.

The five stages

How a custom requirement moves

  1. Requirement

You state the properties, fluids, temperatures and approvals. The builder turns them into limits and methods.

  2. Candidates

We propose compounds from existing grades or a new formulation, with the reasoning shown.

  3. Lab samples

Small mixes are made and tested against your limits and, where agreed, in your fluid.

  4. Test data

You receive results, not adjectives: values, methods, conditions and what they mean for your duty.

  5. Batch supply

The agreed compound is mixed, tested lot by lot and shipped with its Passport.

A note on scope. Status labels show where each service stands today. "On request" means we scope it with you. "Planned" and "In development" are not yet in operation. We do not certify products, we are not an accredited laboratory, and no Pascalor compound holds a third-party approval unless its datasheet says so.
