Compound datasheets

One datasheet per grade, grouped by polymer line. Elastomer grades are development grades: their values are design targets, shown with release limits, methods and the qualification plan, until measured lots replace them. The filled PTFE grades are samples that show how a PTFE datasheet is laid out.

FKM, FFKM and FVMQ grades

FKM RGD 90P

FKM-RGD90P-01

A 90 Shore A peroxide-cured FKM for static seals in high-pressure gas, including sour gas. Built for rapid gas decompression: high modulus and tear strength to resist the expansion of dissolved gas, and a peroxide cure for resistance to H2S and hot water.
